Could I improve prasarita padottanasana A?


This was my picture from yesterday. I realized that the distance of the feet is too large. That way I cannot go deeper in to the pose, the head is stopped already from the floor.


This was my attempt from this morning. I think it looks a bit better. The feet could put the feet even closer.

Sometimes on my pictures I see something that I can change at once for the better. This is of course not always so. Good is to know what one likes to improve.
